Q:1 Do the bells and crosses ship with chains or bracelets?
A:1 No, they are available separately. Click now for chain and bracelets.
Q:2 I can’t find my story card.
A:2 The story cards are placed in the lid of the box. If it isn’t there then please call and we will send you a replacement.
Q:3 Can I clean the bells in a liquid silver cleaner?
A:3 NO, please do NOT clean with a liquid silver cleaner. Because the bells are antiqued, if you try to clean them in a liquid cleaner it will remove the antiquing and may turn the bell a dull white.
Q:4 How do I clean the bells and chains?
A:4 We suggest using a dry polishing cloth such as “connoisseurs dry jewelry wipes” to keep your bells looking new.

Q:7 Can the bells be personalized?
A:7 Yes, we make few bells that we can carve names, dates or symbols into. They can be found in our Engraved Collection. If you have any questions, please call us at (512) 219-9051.
Q:8 How do I use my reward points?
A:8 Please call us and give you credit for the points. Each point is worth .25. These points were earned on our previous website and are no longer available to earn or use on current site.
Q:9 Do you wholesale the bells?
A:9 Yes, the bells are available for wholesale to owners who have a storefront. For dealer inquiries please contact Linnaea at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (512) 219-9051.
Q:10 Can I buy the chain only?
A:10 Yes they can be found in “silver chain & crosses” on the left side of the screen.
Q:11 What do I do if my bell “comes apart”?
A:11 Please contact us. We will repair and send it back to you for the cost of shipping, this should be less than $10.
Q:12 What are the Bells made of?
A:12 All of the bell pendant and charms are in Sterling Silver.
Q:13 Do you make the bells in gold?
A:13 Yes, we cast them in either 10K or 14K gold. Please call (512) 219-9051 for pricing.

Q:15 Do you drop ship?
A:15 This is decided on a case by case basis. If you are interested in setting up a drop ship agreement please call (512) 219-9051.
Q:16 Do you replace broken chains for free?
A:16 No Replacement chains may be purchased through our website. If you receive a defective chain please call (512) 219-9051 so we can take care of the problem.
Q:17 Are the chains and bracelets silver?
A:17 yes chains and rolo bracelets are Sterling silver and made in Italy.
