We are a small business that cares about it's customers. Here at The Bell Collection, we are not 100% satisfied until you are. We want you to love your Bell and wear it for years to come! We offer exchanges and easy returns for Jewelry in new condition for up to 90 days.

Simply contact us by phone, email, or the "contact us" form and request a return label and we will email it too you the next business day. Please include your order number with the request so we can process it quickly. If you would prefer a printed label let us know and we can mail it to you (this will take longer).
